SealGuard II Chemical Grout

SealGuard II is highly reactive dual component hydrophobic polyurethane with a 1 to 3 second reaction time. It is designed to stop rapid (>50 gpm) water flows into concrete or other underground structures. SealGuard II is hydrophobic, so it won't shrink, gives off no VOC's and requires no special breathing apparatus or other extraordinary personal protection equipment. Our patented check-valve in the static mixer allows a partially used tube set to be re-used; competing products require the entire tube set be used at once. In addition, the valve keeps the polyurethane, which can be hot during reaction, safely in the mixer.

Applications: High flow leaks which can be in excess of 50 gallons per minute in concrete, brick or stone structures

Storage: Product is moisture sensitive and should be stored at 60-70⁰. Product should not be exposed to the atmosphere until application. Avoid contact with moisture.

	Combo - 3 SealGuard II, 3 HyperFlex, 1 X-Seal
	Contains 3 SealGuard II tube sets and mixers, 3 HyperFlex 300ml tubes and injection nozzles and one 300ml tube of X-Seal sealant and adhesive. The kit also has gloves, goggles, tyvek suit and a dual component hand caulking gun. You will need to supply a 5/8 inch drill bit for SealGuard II, and a 1/2 inch bit for HyperFlex along with a hammer drill. HyperFlex and X-Seal tubes can be used with any standard single caulking gun.

The starter kit has 6 tube sets of SealGuard II with static mixers, goggles, gloves, tyvek suit, and a dual component hand caulking gun. All you need to supply is a 5/8 inch drill bit and a hammer drill.
